Terms of Service — Approval Flow

The agreement
By installing or using Approval Flow (the "App") you agree to these terms. The App is operated by Biscuit Fox ("we"). If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
The service
The App adds approval workflows to monday.com boards. It requires a monday.com account and is subject to monday.com's own terms. We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through the monday.com marketplace under the pricing shown there, including any free trial. You can cancel at any time through monday.com; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don't use the App to violate laws, monday.com's terms, or third-party rights, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the App is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. The App is a workflow tool: you remain responsible for your own business decisions and records.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
