Privacy Policy โ BP Diary
Last updated: October 3, 2026
The short version
BP Diary has no accounts, no third-party ads, and does not track you. Your blood pressure readings, notes and settings are stored only on your iPhone, never on our servers. We don't have servers that receive them.
What the app stores
Each reading (date and time, systolic, diastolic, and the optional pulse, arm, position and note) and your reminder settings are stored locally on your iPhone with Apple's SwiftData. The app does not sync them to iCloud or anywhere else. Deleting the app deletes the data.
Reminders
Morning and evening reminders are local notifications scheduled by iOS on your iPhone. No push server is involved, and nothing about your readings is sent anywhere to deliver them.
Doctor report (PDF)
The PDF report is generated on your iPhone. It leaves your phone only if you choose to share, print or save it, and it goes only where you send it.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. To validate purchases we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous purchase receipt and a random app-generated identifier โ never your name, email, Apple ID or any readings. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Analytics and tracking
The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
Links
The app links to the 2023 ESH guidelines behind its color-coded ranges, to the App Store, and to these web pages. Opening a link opens it in your browser, where that site's own privacy policy applies.
Not medical advice
BP Diary is a private logbook for self-measured values. It does not measure blood pressure, is not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always discuss your readings with a healthcare professional.
