A food is missing, or a rating looks wrong

Email [email protected] with the food name. Ratings that can be traced to a published measurement get added with their citation; if a food's FODMAP load depends on the recipe, it gets added as unrated with label guidance rather than a guess.

Why is a food shown as "Check label"?

Because its FODMAP content depends on the manufacturer. Stock cubes, sauces, sausages and seasoning blends usually contain onion or garlic powder, and the only honest answer is to read the ingredients. The app tells you what to look for.

Restore a purchase

More → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or tap here.

Export your diary

More → Settings → Export Data writes a CSV you can send to your dietitian or GP.
