The short version

MenoDagbok has no accounts, no third-party ads, and does not track you. Your symptom entries, notes and settings are stored only on your device — never on our servers. We don't have servers.

What the app stores

Daily symptom ratings, hot-flash counts, HRT check-offs, optional notes and reminder times are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes the data.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple. To validate purchases we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous purchase receipt and a random app-generated identifier — never your name, email or Apple ID. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
