Privacy Policy — Migrano

The short version

Migrano has no accounts, no third-party ads, and does not track you. Your migraine entries, symptoms, triggers, medication notes and settings are stored only on your device — never on our servers. We don't have servers.

What the app stores

Daily check-ins (migraine severity, symptoms, suspected triggers, medication, notes), your chosen forecast city and reminder times are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes the data.

Weather data

The pressure forecast is fetched from Open-Meteo using only the coordinates of the city you picked — never your GPS location. The app does not request location permission at all.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple. To validate purchases we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous purchase receipt and a random app-generated identifier — never your name, email or Apple ID. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Migrano is a private diary for self-reported symptoms. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Weather-based risk levels are statistical guidance, not predictions for you personally. Always discuss your migraine with a healthcare professional.
