Support — Approval Flow

Quick start

Add the Approvals view to a board (Views → Apps → Approvals), open the Settings tab, add one or more approval steps with approvers, and map the approved/rejected outcomes to a status column. Then start an approval from the All items tab — or automatically, with the "Start approval flow" automation block.

Automations

In monday's workflow builder you'll find three blocks: Start approval flow (action), and Approval flow approved / Approval flow rejected (triggers) to route items, notify people, or run any follow-up when an approval completes.

Who can approve?

Only the approvers assigned to the current step see the item in "My approvals". Steps pass with one approver ("any") or all of them ("all"), as you configure.
