What's inside
- ⏱️ Big entry wheels preset to your last reading, so most readings take a few seconds
- ❤️ Pulse, arm, position and notes, all optional
- ⏰ Morning and evening reminders
- 📈 7, 30 and 90-day trends for systolic, diastolic and pulse, with averages
- 🎨 Each reading shown in a color-coded range from the 2023 ESH guidelines
- 📄 Doctor report (PDF) with all readings, averages and notes, ready to print or send
- 🔒 Works offline, no signup, no tracking
Where the color-coded ranges come from
The ranges follow the 2023 ESH Guidelines for the management of arterial hypertension (European Society of Hypertension). BP Diary shows which range a reading falls in; it does not interpret your readings or give advice. Ask your doctor what your numbers mean for you.
Pricing
Logging is free forever, including the last 7 days of history. BP Diary Premium adds your full history, 30 and 90-day trends and the doctor report: $2.99 a month, $14.99 a year, or $29.99 once for lifetime access. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price for your country. Older readings are never deleted on the free plan, only hidden until you upgrade.
